FAQ

Is Hollow Woods really free?

Yes. The full game is free to play in your browser. The browser version shows some ads, and a few optional items can be bought in the Store.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It runs in modern mobile browsers with touch controls. Landscape mode and fullscreen give the best view.

Can I play on my phone and my computer with the same progress?

Yes. Open Account in the game menu and sign in with Google or an email address. Your progress, unlocks and purchases are saved to your account and load on any device where you sign in. Without an account, progress is saved only on the device you play on.

Can I install it like an app?

Yes. On Android, tap Install app in the game menu (or your browser's "Add to Home screen"). On iPhone, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen". It opens fullscreen and works offline, though ads, sign-in and the leaderboard need a connection.

I lost my license key. What do I do?

Search your email for your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or look up your orders at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders. If you still can't find it, contact us with the email you used at checkout.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in the cases described in our refund policy, for example if an item didn't arrive or you bought it by mistake and haven't redeemed the key.

Is it scary? Who is it for?

It's a horror game with pixel-art violence (blood, bodies and dark themes). It's meant for players aged 13 and up.

Can I stream or make videos of it?
